Easy to test if you pull the door panels. Unplug speakers, then at amp, test for continuity between each pair of wires. If its shorted, check that pair of wires to see where its shorting out. If no short, check speakers for the same thing, should be 2-4 ohms, if it reads dead short, voice coil is shot and new speaker is needed.
